Whenever people say healthy sometimes we think that sounds not tasty. Here are some tasty snack ideas you can hit your health goals with and know you are getting high value for the calories coming into your body.

Oat snack balls:
1 cup oats
½ cup almond or peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon to taste
Optional: dark chocolate chips
Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate
Makes 12-14
Apple and 1 Tablespoon nut butter
(can do trail mix of nuts for easier packing on the go)
Macros: 4g protein / 9g fat / 20g carb
Nonfat Greek Yogurt and chia seeds
¾ cup and 1 teaspoon chia
Macros: 18g protein / 1.5 fat / 8g carbs
Turkey roll ups with hummus
3 slices deli turkey and 1 tablespoon hummus
Macros: 15g protein / 5g fat / 3g carbs
Hard - boiled eggs + carrot sticks
2 eggs plus 1 cup raw carrots
Macros: 12g protein / 10g fat / 8g carbs
