We do private training to help with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, C-Section recovery and Diastasis. We will help you reclaim your core. Learn to properly pick up, and hold your baby. Go over everyday activities in good form that may be slowing your healing, reduce inflammation. These sessions can be done either at our studio or at your house depending on the distance for an additional travel fee. This is a great option if you don’t have childcare help. 10% discount on studio equipment such as pinky balls, foam rollers, and body wraps. *Insurance may be able to cover the cost by submitting a receipt to your insurance.

MOD Private Session
We book several options for one-on-one training. This is a great option if you need special attention, are not sure about diving into group classes yet, or we don’t have a class time that fits your needs

MOD - Pilates
Pilates Mat class utilizing small props such as Thera-Bands, mini-ball, pilates circle and foam rollers.
Pilates Mat work is great to strengthen the core, back, and pelvis, improving flexibility and balance, refining your movement yet gentle enough for people with injuries. A true Mind-Body experience in quality of movement.
