Starting the beginning of October Body Bliss Yoga will be expanding into Portland at Mod Physique Studio! Try their classes on Monday's and Wednesday's. We've been taking classes from the owner Angie Cherry, in Washougal, for the last 6 months and are very excited that she, as well as Jessica, will be joining us. This is a great chance for Mod Members and community alike to try their wonderful routines to expand your practice and grow. You will feel a great change in tightness as well as a challenge to work your body. People drive 20 miles to come take her classes. Quite the testament.
Monday will be Vin Yin with Jessica Velesquez. The description is: The first half of class will be Vinyasa, moving through poses using the flow of our breath. Students will be offered pose variations so that each workout can be customized to meet the needs of each practitioner. Then, the second half of class will offer Yin poses - deep stretches and longer holds to ground you and leave you feeling complete and balanced.
Wednesday will be Vinyasa Flow with Angie Cherry. The description is: In Vinyasa Flow class, we will move through poses using the flow of our breath. Students will be offered pose variations so that each workout can be customized to meet the needs of each practitioner. Poses are a moving meditation, meant to support you in becoming more flexible, creating strength and increasing your level of endurance. All levels welcome.
